User Agreement
- Users must provide accurate information during registration
- Users are responsible for securing their passwords and account access
- All updates and notifications are sent to the email address on file
- Users are fully responsible for the content hosted on their server
Prohibited Content
- Spam, phishing, malware or viruses
- Content that violates copyrights, laws of the Russian Federation and/or international laws
- DDoS botnets, anonymizing proxies used for illicit activities
- Pornography, unlicensed gambling, or illegal materials
Responsibilities of Bit.Hosting
- Providing functional servers in a timely manner
- Ensuring service availability — SLA 99.9%
- Timely response to technical incidents
- Handling personal data in accordance with applicable laws
Liability & Disclaimer
- Bit.Hosting is not responsible for content uploaded by users
- Service availability may be affected by external factors (Internet, routing, etc.)
- Accounts violating the rules may be suspended without prior notice
- Terms may change and will take effect immediately upon publication
