List of Terms and Conditions

By making a payment or adding funds to your Bit.Hosting account, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions.
Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from responsibility!

1.0.0 General Hosting Rules

  • 1.0.1 Spamming in any form is strictly prohibited (email spam, spamvertising, etc.).
  • 1.0.2 Hosting tools for unauthorized access or hacking is not allowed.
  • 1.0.3 Sharing copyrighted material without permission, including links to pirated files, is forbidden.
  • 1.0.4 Adult or pornographic content (including links) is strictly prohibited.
  • 1.0.5 Traffic generation software is not allowed.
  • 1.0.6 Misleading or fake content is not permitted.
  • 1.0.7 Content violating the laws of any jurisdiction (e.g., Russia, Ukraine) is banned.
  • 1.0.8 Malicious or disruptive activity (e.g., malware, unoptimized software) is not allowed.

1.1.0 Service-Specific Rules

  • 1.1.1 The MINI plan is designed for basic learning or lightweight projects (Linux training, file hosting, etc.).
  • 1.1.2 Free DNS hosting is provided “as is” without support or uptime guarantees.

2.0 Rights and Responsibilities

  • 2.1 Clients must comply with general hosting behavior policies.
  • 2.2 Violations may result in service suspension or termination.
  • 2.3 Services must be paid for on time.
  • 2.4 Clients are entitled only to the services currently paid for.
  • 2.5 Failure to pay on time may result in permanent data loss.
  • 2.6 Bit.Hosting reserves the right to deny or terminate service without explanation.
  • 2.7 Bit.Hosting is not liable for damage caused by client actions.
  • 2.8 Bit.Hosting is not liable for third-party damages outside our control.
  • 2.9 We are not responsible for downtime caused by maintenance, attacks, or force majeure.
  • 2.10 We do not cover losses due to force majeure events.
  • 2.11 We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability.
  • 2.12 Compensation is not provided unless service failure is our fault.
  • 2.13 Terms may be updated at any time without notice.

3.0 Bit.Hosting & Support Responsibilities

  • 3.1 Maintain essential services (Mail, MySQL, Apache, FTP), not client-specific apps.
  • 3.2 Resolve server-related issues promptly.
  • 3.3 Ensure uninterrupted VDS access and address system barriers.
  • 3.4 Suspend accounts violating terms, with notification.
  • 3.5 Provide relevant data upon client request.

4.0 Support Is NOT Obligated To

  • 4.1 Install scripts clients cannot set up themselves.
  • 4.5 Configure servers for third-party software.
  • 4.6 Train clients on server or software usage.
  • 4.7 Restore services if failure was due to client error.
  • 4.8 Teach users how to operate VPS OS.
  • 4.9 Provide support to third parties.

However, we always strive to assist whenever possible — even beyond obligations.

5.0 Payments & Refund Policy

  • 5.1 Payments are non-refundable after being credited.
  • 5.2 Refunds are possible only if service was not fully delivered.
  • 5.3 Clients pay transaction fees if refund is processed.
    *Refunds for forum users are governed by forum policies.

6.0 Suspension & Deletion Timing

  • 6.1 VDS servers are deleted 7 days after expiration (can be extended up to 21 days on request).
  • 6.2 Bit.Hosting may delete a VDS sooner if auto-renew is disabled.
  • 6.4 Services suspended due to violations may be deleted without notice.
