💳 How to Pay and Renew VPS via BillManager
Paying and renewing your VPS is essential to avoid losing access to your server. At Bit.Hosting, we use the modern BillManager billing platform, which allows you to manage services, pay invoices, enable auto-renewal, and monitor your balance. In this guide, we'll walk you through how to use BillManager to keep your services active. 🔐
🔑 Logging into BillManager
Go to bill.bit.hosting and log in using the credentials you received during registration or in the confirmation email after ordering your VPS. BillManager is available 24/7 and works on any device — desktop, tablet, or smartphone. 📱💻
📂 Where to Find Invoices and Services
Once logged in, you’ll land in your dashboard. In the left menu:
- ➡️ Go to “Services” to view all active VPS, dedicated servers, and other services;
- ➡️ Open “Invoices” to see all unpaid and paid bills;
- ➡️ Use “Finance” to check your balance, top up, and view transaction history.
💵 How to Pay for VPS via BillManager
- 1️⃣ Go to the “Invoices” section;
- 2️⃣ Find the unpaid invoice for your VPS or dedicated server;
- 3️⃣ Click “Pay” and choose a convenient payment method (card, QIWI, crypto, etc.);
- 4️⃣ Confirm the payment — your service will be activated or renewed automatically.
🔁 Auto-Renewal of Services
BillManager allows you to enable or disable auto-renewal with just a few clicks — ideal for keeping your server running without manual intervention.
- ⚙️ Go to “Services” → select your VPS → open the “Settings” tab;
- ✅ Enable “Auto-renewal” — if your balance is positive, the service will be renewed 3 days before expiration;
- 📩 If funds are low, you’ll receive reminder emails 7, 3, and 1 day before expiration.
⚠️ What Happens If You Don’t Pay on Time
If you miss a payment deadline, your service enters “suspended” status. Here’s what happens:
- ⛔ After 3 days — the server is blocked and access is restricted;
- 📦 After 7 days — a backup is created (if enabled);
- ❌ After 14 days — the VPS is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
🧠 Tips for Managing Payments
- 📅 Set a reminder in Google Calendar 5 days before expiration;
- 📨 Make sure your email is active and doesn’t send our messages to spam;
- 🔁 Use auto-renewal and maintain a monthly balance buffer;
- 📈 Use the “Top Up Balance” feature — faster than paying individual invoices.
