- 🛠 In case of technical impossibility to provide the service (e.g., lack of resources in the data center)
- 🔁 Duplicate or mistaken payments
- ❌ If the service was never activated
🚫 Non-Refundable Services
- 📡 Services active for more than 7 days
- 🔒 Domain registrations and SSL certificates
- ⚙️ Customized servers (e.g., with licenses or specific preinstallations)
- 🕵️ Services suspended due to rule violations (spam, DDoS, phishing)
📩 How to Request a Refund
- ✉️ Contact Bit.Hosting Support and provide your order ID
- 📎 Describe the reason and include any necessary details or evidence (logs, errors, etc.)
- 💳 Refunds are issued to your account balance or — upon agreement — to the original payment method
- 📅 Processing time: up to 3 business days
